All purchases are processed securely through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple’s payment terms and policies.
We do not collect or store payment information. All billing, refunds, and cancellations are handled exclusively by Apple.
Subscription terms, pricing, and renewal details are displayed within the App at the time of purchase.
The App includes free content and functionality. We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue free features at any time.
Access to free features does not create any entitlement or guarantee of continued availability.

This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App or update these Terms at any time.
Changes will be effective upon posting the updated Terms. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
These Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the App.
In the event of any failure of the App to conform to applicable warranties, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any), to the extent required by law.
